At Meblomet we find it very important to keep high standards of quality assurance and meet our customers' expectations. We have developed management quality system which continually assesses every part of the business starting from purchasing. Central part is the control of all raw materials which must be of a highest quality to achieve high standards of finished products. Our quality department monitors every stage of manufacturing processes and ensures consistent product quality that meets our quality management standards and policies. We do believe that the only way to satisfy our customers' expectations is to maintain the highest quality of goods. Every product is subjected to careful and multistage quality control, both during and after production.
The quality control process carried out at Meblomet is characterized below:
- inspection of powder coat with using of MEK test, impact test and cross-hatch test
- corrosion test performed in external, independent laboratories
- identification of the product in terms of quality standards and compliance with customer's
requirements
We are proud of the fact that the salt chamber tests showed a very high corrosion resistance of our products - 3000 hours.
The documentation of the quality control process is kept to be revised by our customers.
