First step in manufacturing process is metal cutting. It is undertaken with using high-precision technology & facilities to ensure maximum utilization of material and reduce waste to a minimum. Automatic packet bandsaws let to achieve serial cuts, which makes labour more efficient. Trimmed metal pieces are forwarded to the next departments where other works take place. Through the use of automatic CNC machines we are able to carry out extremely complex bends in different ranges.
Machined steel parts are forwarded to the welding department. We are using MIG/MAG and TIG methods in our plant. All works are performed by experienced employees, who work on modern welding machines. Welding methods employed in our factory allow to achieve precise part joining with clean welds within a short time.
Welded semi-products are exposed to shot blasting, a method of automatic cleaning and preparing a roughened profile ready for subsequent treatment. This process is performed in a special chamber, where streams of metal shots under high pressure hit an object. Shot blasting is not only for cleaning surface but also helps to promote the adhesion of the paint.
Clean and activated metal fabrications are subjected to chemical treatment of iron phosphating to increase paint adhesion. Afterwards, in the process of powder coating, powder paint is electrostatically charged and sprayed onto the part with the use of automatic spray guns. The part is then placed in an oven, where in high temperature, powder paint melts and forms a permanent film.
Powder coated parts go to further department where they are connected to one another. All fasteners, fixings and adhesives used by our workers for assembly meet the existing standards. Readymade products or parts, that do not require assembly, are ultimately controlled for quality and compliance with the order.
Depending on the number, size and use, readymade products can be packed in cardboard boxes or on pallets. Each product line is packaged in a way to optimally use the surface of the pallet and well protect for transport. Properly secured and labelled pallets are ready for shipment.
